God Is Sovereign and Will Accomplish ALL His Purposes – We Need Not Fret or Compromise with Evil

God raised up Pharaoh to demonstrate His own power:

 

Romans 9:17 
For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

 

He brought the Assyrians against Israel to punish and correct them:

 

Isaiah 10:5-6 
O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation.  (6)  I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.

 

He used wicked men to crucify His own Son and bring redemption to His chosen people:

 

Acts 2:23 
Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

 

God used the evil intents of Joseph’s brethren to accomplish His perfect will:

 

Genesis 50:20 
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

 

God is absolutely sovereign and has absolutely predestinated ALL THINGS. On occasion He uses wicked men to accomplish His purposes.

 

Psalms 76:10 
Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.

 

There is no doubt that God raises up evil men and uses them for His own glory and for the ultimate good of His chosen people:

 

Romans 8:28 
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

 

However, I can think of no place in Scripture where we are called upon to advance or support those wicked men as individual Christians:

 

Exodus 23:1-2 
Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.  (2)  Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

 

Proverbs 1:10 
My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

 

Proverbs 1:15 
My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:

 

Proverbs 4:14 
Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

 

We are not justified in supporting evil that good might come:

 

Romans 3:8 
And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

We are neither sovereign, nor omniscient. We cannot possibly know the end from the beginning, except in what God has been pleased to reveal to us in His written word. 

We are called upon to obey the revealed will of God and trust Him for the results:

Proverbs 3:5-7 
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  (6)  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.  (7)  Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Psalms 37:3  

Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

 

One of Stonewall Jackson’s favorite sayings was: “Duty is ours; consequences are God’s.” And that pretty well summarizes my own understanding of these things. I hope, by the Grace of God, to live in accordance with that precept.

I encourage you to think on these things, and make your own decisions.

 

I have considered them, and that is exactly why I will not support or promote the “lesser of two evils” and why I will not be participating in the coming national elections for the next Amerikan Emperor. I cannot in conscience do so.

Vote for the Clown of Your Choice

They want you to think that you have to vote for one of the clowns. BUT YOU DON”T!

Stay home and maintain your integrity. Don’t defile yourself by participating in the yankee elections.

Don’t get all worked up about who will be the next president. At the core both candidates are crony capitalists, fascists, and socialists. At the very best there are only very small differences of degree. As George Wallace noted back in 1966, “There’s not a dime's worth of difference between the Democrat and Republican parties.” That statement is still true today, and a dime ain’t worth nearly what it was in Wallace’s time.

Both candidates support big government and unconstitutional federal intrusion into your states and into your private lives. They both seek to maintain and advance the federal tyranny.

But, they say, the Supreme Court! Yeah, explain to me how Republican appointments to the Supreme Court have restored liberty in Amerika. Abortion continues unabated. Trump banned bump stocks and supported unconstitutional “Red Flag” laws, etc.

How have presidents from the party of Lincoln advanced liberty in Amerika? Or GOP majorities in the House or Senate?

Folks get all worked up. They elect Republican majorities and presidents. And what may I ask has changed? Can you tell me even one thing? What has gotten better? How has the cause of liberty been advanced? Have we not waxed worse and worse?

Some folks tell me that if I don’t vote I have no right to complain. In fact, the very opposite is the truth. If you vote, you have no right to complain. If you vote, you have given your consent to the corrupt system. If you vote you have agreed to abide by the results and they are never good, even if your man wins.

Let me say very clearly, I DO NOT CONSENT! I have seceded in my own mind and heart from this illegitimate Amerikan Empire. I will continue to encourage others to do so. I will work at building our small cadre of freedom lovers. I will do what I can to construct an alternate community that seeks to separate itself from the current regime.

Voting, particularly in national elections, accomplishes absolutely nothing positive.

Voting will keep you busy doing things of no importance. It will keep you from properly focusing upon the tyranny that encompasses us. It will give you an illusion of having some say in your government. It will keep you forever ignorant and unthinking sheep.

So go ahead, Charlie Brown, vote just one more time!

And try to vote a little harder this time.

 

This I know, my Sovereign Lord reigns. Nothing catches Him by surprise. Indeed, He has ordained it all for His own glory and for the good of His chosen people. It is not my job to understand. It is my job to trust and obey.

Let’s Keep Dixie Southern – BUT We’re Going to Have to Work at It!

It’s nice to live in a rural county in North Central Florida. A county that still retains much of it Southern character.

Just last Friday my wife and I stopped by our local Save-A-Lot grocery store. In the parking lot were two Levy County Sheriff’s vehicles and several people were standing around a car. My wife encouraged me to park away from the commotion, whatever it was.

As we exited the store, there were now four units parked around the aforementioned vehicle. As I looked closer, I realized that these deputies were all attempting to open a car that someone had accidently locked themselves out of. That’s right, four units dispatched on a Friday afternoon, all to help someone open their car in the Save-A-Lot parking lot.

I don’t think you’ll see this happening in Miami or Atlanta or any other larger city.

The Save-a-Lot is located in Bronson, our county seat (population 1133). The two largest cities in our county are Williston (population 2718) and Chiefland (population 2169). In the past several weeks BLM protests were held in each of these three cities. Some of those protests, perhaps all of them, were organized by folks not living in our county.

Additionally on Saturday there was what was billed as a “Party/Protest” held in East Williston (predominately black) to protest against what was called “inequitable narratives” about the black community by the press and by the sheriff’s department. That protest started at 10pm; participants were asked to leave guns and drugs at home. At least six people were shot (none of them were from Levy County). There were over 700 attendees (many, if not most of them, from outside our county). That protest was also organized by someone not living in our county.

If we do nothing, carpetbaggers, scalawags, BLM, Antifa, and other outside agitators will change the character of our rural communities forever. We have to demand that we be left alone to live our lives as we have chosen. Our President, Jefferson Davis, had the right idea.

A final note, the problem is not really with the black residents of Levy County, but with outside agitators. In fact I have a black neighbor that I would certainly not trade for any random white resident of the county.

What we don’t need in Levy County, or in other rural Southern counties, are meddling yankees intent on conforming us to their distorted views of reality and fashioning us into their own perverted images.

You Are Being Conditioned! It Is Imperative That You Resist!

They say: “It’s just a mask.” – And if you don’t wear one you can’t go shopping, and besides, it’s for your own good.

  -- You respond: “Well, OK”

They say: “It’s just a vaccine.” – And if you don’t receive it you can’t go shopping and besides, it’s for your own good.

  -- You respond: “Well, OK”

They say: “It’s just an implanted chip.” – And if you don’t have one in your hand or forehead you can’t go shopping and besides, it’s for your own good and convenience.

  -- You respond: “Well, OK”

BUT, what if it’s not OK?

What if there are inspired writings that address such circumstances?

Revelation 13:16-17 
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:  (17)  And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Revelation 19:20-21 
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.  (21)  And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

I believe that we are being conditioned to accept ever increasing encroachments upon our persons and our rights. One step at a time.

Perhaps now is the time to cultivate and practice resistance, before they actually require that you receive a mark in the form of an implant.

Perhaps now is the time to: JUST SAY NO! – and mean it!

Perhaps you should at least give these things some consideration.

Encouraging Day at the Watermelon Festival

Some of you may have already seen the pictures I posted earlier this week. In today’s blog I will relate just a few more thoughts about our day at the Newberry Watermelon Festival on Saturday, June 20, 2020.

In light of Newberry’s proximity to the socialist enclave of Gainesville (home of the Marxist University of Florida), we thought there was a real possibility of being confronted by some of the communist agitators from BLM or Antifa, etc. Thankfully the day passed with nary a negative comment from anyone at the festival, at least not in our hearing.

Many folks expressed their sincere thankfulness for our presence at the event. Several folks took pictures of our booth for the purpose of sharing them with friends across the country.

We sold a record number of flags. In fact, we sold out of several different items. Our total sales were $492.00. I’ve already ordered over $700 of replacement flags to make sure we can meet the demands at future events. There seems to be an increasing interest. Our biggest sellers were Confederate Battle Flags, “I Ain’t Coming Down” Battle Flags, “Don’t Tread on Me” Gadsden Flags, and AR-15 “Come and Take It” Gonzales Flags.

We also had more people sign up for our flag raffle than we ever have had at this particular event (90) and we’ve been participating here since 2012.

We will be sending flags to the winners of the raffle and a single informational email and postal letter to each person who entered. Hopefully some will request to be added permanently to our mailing list and some may even join with us in our struggle for a “Free, Independent, Godly, Prosperous, and Traditionally Southern Florida.” That is why we hold the raffles.

We had five of our members present to help man the booth. Unfortunately we didn’t get pictures of everyone (such is the life of a photographer).

We also had a special guest with us through much of the day, Nansea Markham, whom the Lord used mightily in preserving “Old Joe.” “Old Joe” is the Confederate Statue that was at the courthouse in Gainesville for well over one hundred years. The city was in the process of removing “Old Joe” when Nansea presented the original deed showing that the statue was owned by the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Through a series of near miracles and some very hard work “Old Joe” was eventually moved to a new and secure home.

Overall it was a blessed day, and we were greatly encouraged. I believe that God was honored and that we were an encouragement to others as well.

It is more important now than it has ever been that we take a stand and show the banners of our fathers and that we take up their Cause as our own. So long as the Lord allows, that’s exactly what we intend to do.

I was further encouraged after I sent a “Thank You” note to the event organizers. They responded very positively, saying: “Thank you for supporting us throughout the years!  See ya next year!”

Next up will be the Williston Peanut Festival in October, Lord willing. But in today’s political climate who knows what might transpire in the interim. After all, we’ve been refused booth space in other events, stretching back to 2011.
