An article was recently released by the
Associated Press relating how a business center in Sweden (Epicenter) is
encouraging employees of the various businesses housed there to receive
microchips in their hands, as a matter of convenience to facilitate,
identification, access, personal purchases, etc.
From the article:
The syringe slides in
between the thumb and index finger. Then, with a click, a microchip is injected
in the employee's hand. Another "cyborg" is created.
What could pass for a
dystopian vision of the workplace is almost routine at the Swedish startup hub
Epicenter. The company offers to implant its workers and startup members with
microchips the size of grains of rice that function as swipe cards: to open
doors, operate printers, or buy smoothies with a wave of the hand. . . .
Ben Libberton, a
microbiologist at Stockholm's Karolinska Institute, says hackers could
conceivably gain huge swathes of information from embedded microchips. The
ethical dilemmas will become bigger the more sophisticated the microchips
become. . . . “if such data is collected, the big question remains of what
happens to it, who uses it, and for what purpose.”
"People ask me;
'Are you chipped?' and I say; 'Yes, why not,'" said Fredric Kaijser, 47,
the chief experience officer at Epicenter. . . . “For me it's just a matter of

would bring into the future." . . .
Sandra Haglof, 25 . .
. has had three piercings before, and her left hand barely shakes as . . . the small chip [is injected]. "I want to be part of the future,"
she laughs.
Unless you happen to be a student of the
Bible, this may all seem well and good to you. And while I do not claim to
understand all of Scripture, nor all the details of eschatology (the study of
the end times), I do believe all that God has been pleased to reveal in the
Bible, whether I fully understand it or not. I am confident that the events
depicted in Revelation 13 will come to pass exactly as God has foreordained:
Revelation 13:16-18
-- And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: (17)
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name.
(18) Here is wisdom. Let him that
hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a
man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
The time is coming when if you do not submit
to rule of the one called the Beast and prove your submission by receiving his
mark (either in your hand or in your forehead), you will not be able to buy or
sell. This “mark” will be the ONLY form of “money”; the dream of a cashless
society will have been realized; and you will either submit to the rule of the
Beast or die.
These subsequent verses in Revelation ought
to be considered as well:
Revelation 19:20 -- And
the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles
before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the
beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a
lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:4 -- And
I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I
saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the
word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither
had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived
and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Many Christians might agree with what I have
written above and yet remain confident that they will be taken out (raptured)
before this all transpires. I once held such opinions myself, and I would be
happy if they are true, but I am no longer so confident that they are. Perhaps
-- just perhaps – your understanding of eschatology is in error; and perhaps
you will live to see these things unfold. I would simply recommend that you
prepare yourself for what may come in your own lifetime.
I believe that a number of things have been
happening in recent years to prepare the populace to receive this mark. As an
example, consider the comment about the young lady who had no compunctions
about receiving the implant because she “has had three piercings before.”
Or consider the picture (below) that
accompanied the AP article of the man who calls himself a “body hacker” and who
actually performs the microchip implants on the willing subjects:
Look at those things he has inserted in his
ear lobes. I’ve seen them before, but I must admit that I had to consult Google
to find out that they are called “gauges”.
I believe that the entire piercing, tattooing
and gauging craze that has grown astronomically in recent years is but to
prepare folks to more readily receive the implants that will be required to
show allegiance to the Beast and to be able to
buy and sell.
My trust is in a Sovereign God, who rules and
reigns upon an eternal throne and who is working out His perfect decree in all
things. All of which is working for the good of His chosen people.
Romans 8:28 -- And we
know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who
are the called according to his purpose.
