Truth crushed to the earth is truth still . . .: Donald J. Trump is the enemy of all those who truly love liberty and cherish their God-given rights.

Anyone who bothered to take an honest look at Trump’s record before his election would have known where this would all end. Self-deluded people convinced themselves to vote for the lesser of two evils, who was ultimately revealed to be the evil of two lessers.

Those who continue to support him, in spite of his manifestly anti-liberty and anti-God-given rights agenda have made themselves the enemies of liberty and of God.

I’ve heard some say: “It’s just bump stocks, no one cares about bump stocks.” You are a fool if you don’t see that this is simply the first step in the crushing of your natural rights. Next you will be restricted from selling your own property (so-called “universal background checks”) and prohibited from possessing standard capacity magazines (misnamed “high capacity magazines” by the enemies of liberty). Eventually it will be the banning of so-called “assault weapons,” which will encompass virtually every semi-automatic rifle or pistol that you own. Trump has greased the skids and you should expect the assault upon your rights to grow exponentially.

The defenses and excuses that I frequently hear for Trump are enough to gag a maggot.

1. Well he’s better than Hillary or Obama. Tell me please, exactly what gun restrictions were imposed by Obama or Hillary?

2. He’s playing 4D chess and outsmarting all those Democrats. -- Yeah, I see, he’s outsmarting them by giving them everything they want and could not accomplish on their own.

I really feel sorry for those mindless “conservatives” who continue to follow Trump and are being played like a fiddle. Some actually seem to be suffering from the battered wife syndrome.

– Yessah, massa’ here please take my high capacity magazines and semi-automatic rifles while you are at it, massa’!

– You are so much better than Hillary would have been; here take my shotguns and revolvers. And how about these nasty sharp knives, please protect us from ourselves, O’ benevolent one?

If my words offend, perhaps you should stop and ask yourself, WHY?

Bottom line, Donald Trump is a combination of Barak Obama in white face and Hillary Clinton in a business suit and tie.

The Democratic Party has become a wing of the Communist Party and the Party of Lincoln (the GOP) has always been the enemy of the people.

It’s time to part ways and for Dixie to find her own way -- outside the yankee union. There is no salvation in the political system that is thoroughly corrupt and absolutely corrupting of ALL who participate in it.
