It Can't Be Fixed!

The last couple of days have once again shown that we cannot fix the present political/governmental system.

Unelected bureaucrats at the FCC have pushed through “Net Neutrality” in spite of supposed GOP opposition. Bureaucrats are once again making laws that we all will be forced to comply with.

I’ve been looking in the US Constitution for the Article or Amendment that authorizes such a thing, but have still not been able to find it.

Unelected bureaucrats at the BATF are in the process of banning some of the most popular and readily available ammunition for America’s most popular rifle platform, the AR-15. I’m still looking for where this is authorized in the US Constitution. And where in this wonderful Constitution does it stipulate that our firearms and ammunition are to be restricted to “sporting purposes”? My firearms may be used for “sporting purposes,” but their primary function is defense against tyranny. 

Then there are Obama’s executive orders covering everything from special privileges for sodomites to amnesty for illegal aliens. And you thought that Congress was supposed to make the laws! 

The US Constitution has not and will not protect us. It has not and will not restore liberty to this land. 

Neither will the Democrats, nor the Republicans protect us and restore liberty to this land.

I mean really, those folks who continue to look to the party of the tyrant Lincoln for relief must constantly ignore the reality that surrounds them. The Republicans control both the Senate and the House of Representatives, but they have not prevailed in any meaningful conflict with Obama (assuming that they really want to prevail). I can only say that if the GOP is the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question. Near as I can figure the Republicans must either be incompetent or cowards or traitors (perhaps all three, at least in some cases).

Look at the record. It does not matter whether the Republicans or Democrats are in control the WARFARE / WELFARE STATE continues to grow as a malignant cancer. 

The ONLY solution is to separate ourselves from the tyranny that is the Federal (Feral) Government. Begin in your own heart and mind and then do what you can to spread the message to others -- family, church, community, etc.

This just in . . . we’re doomed . . .

Well, at least humanly speaking and for the foreseeable future.

But we are tasked to continue the struggle against tyranny for as long as we have breath.

As my Baptist forefathers, during the First War for Independence, were wont to say (and which is reflected in the first proposed Great Seal for the United States): “Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God.”

No, I don’t see how this land can survive another two years of an Obama presidency . . . but that may be a good thing.

In any case, I know that my Sovereign Lord reigns and that He is working His perfect will in all things.

In the meantime . . . let us continue on, obeying not the Leviathan state, but the revealed will of God.

A nation that has forgotten God!

It’s been another hectic week for me and I expect that to continue until I retire from my secular employment (planning to go on terminal leave towards the end of April). I’ll keep on preaching and “talking a little treason” with my friends as long as the Lord allows me to do so.

A nation that has forgotten God!

One of the most astute and liberty-loving of the so-called “Founding Fathers” was Patrick Henry. He foresaw the path of tyranny down which the US Constitution and the resultant strong central government would lead us. He refused to attend the Constitutional Convention, remarking, “I smell a rat.” He was perhaps the best known of the Anti-Federalist among our early leaders.

Henry also reminded us that: “It is when people forget God that tyrants forge their chains.”

There could hardly be a better description of the good ole’ U S of A today!

The Bible simply states: “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” (Psalm 9:17).

Babylon on the Potomac continues to forge the chains of slavery for the people of the Sovereign States.

The assault continues against everyone and everything that would assert that our rights and blessings come for a Sovereign God, and not from an all-powerful central government seated in the District of Corruption.

Secede in your own heart and mind!

Realize that this monstrosity is not your country!

As an illustration of what I’ve written above, I see that Governor Bentley of Alabama has retreated from his stance against sodomite marriage and affirmed the he will “follow the law.” That law being whatever some federal feral judge tells him it happens to be.

Well, Governor Bentley and all such political prostitutes will someday find out that there is a higher court than the US Supreme Court. God’s law has not changed, and it never will. When man’s laws are counter to God’s laws they are null and void and of no effect.

This country has forgotten God and the tyrants have forged our chains.

My trust remains in my Sovereign Lord. He will prevail!

Just Say “NO!” to Leviathan

There is a great need for more leaders at the state and local levels who are willing to stand up to the Federal Leviathan and just say, “NO!”

One such proven leader is Chief Justice of the Alabama State Supreme Court, Judge Roy Moore.

He was previously removed from office several years ago for refusing to have a Ten Commandments monument taken out of the Alabama Supreme Court building. To the credit of the people of Alabama they simply reelected him to that same position again.

Now he is standing against the decision of a Federal judge mandating that Alabama issue marriage licenses to sodomite couples. He has instructed Alabama’s judges to ignore that unconstitutional ruling.

At the moment the Governor of Alabama is voicing support for the judge, but it remains to be seen how firm that support will be.

We must learn from this example. Stand up to the Federal Leviathan; say “NO!” at every opportunity. Exert pressure on your local and state officials to say “NO!”, whenever an appropriate opportunity presents itself.

If enough of us will rise up and say “NO!” the empire will lose its power over us and crumble under its own corruption.

Sometimes You Just Don’t Have a Dog in the Fight

We Southern Patriots must learn to recognize the false choices so often offered up to us by the media and the government.

One of the latest seems to be that we must either support Amerikan adventures aboard and particularly the recently released movie “American Sniper” and Chris Kyle or we must support fat, communistic Hollywood slobs like Michael Moore.

Folks, we don’t have a dog in that fight! Chris Kyle was the furthest thing from a hero and Michael Moore is, well, Michael Moore. 

Don’t you think if the good ole’ US of A was invaded by a foreign country that American men, women and even children would become part of a resistance that our invader would characterize as “terrorism”. I certainly hope they would!

So, don’t glorify Chris Kyle and the Amerikan military as heroes, not unless you want to offer up your children and grandchildren as cannon fodder in the Empire’s next foreign adventure.

Now just some random thoughts related to the “I don’t have a dog in that fight theme.”

• I don’t have to choose between supporting the militarized police or the looters in the street. Basically it’s a battle between two street gangs, one with baggy pants and hoodies, and the other with blue costumes and badges. No, I don’t have a dog in THAT fight.

• I don’t have to choose between the Democrats and the Republicans. Basically it’s a battle between two criminal syndicates, both attempting bamboozle the American people. No, I don’t have a dog in THAT fight.

• I don’t have to choose between supporting the liberal hypocrites at Charlie Hebdo or the Muslim terrorists that attacked them. No, I don’t have a dog in THAT fight. I am NOT Charlie, but I am armed.

As best I can, I stand for Bible truths, for my family, for God’s people, for my Southern homeland and for my God given rights. I will stand with other like-minded folks as I am able, realizing that we will not always agree on every detail. However, I will not fall into Leviathan’s trap of being tricked into making false choices between two things that may well be equally immoral and/or disagreeable.

A Second Amendment Right DOES NOT Exist.

You often hear folks refer to their “Second Amendment right”, no doubt with the very best of intentions. There is, however, no such thing as a “Second Amendment right”. The Second Amendment was merely an attempt to protect US citizens from the encroachment upon a God-given right by a repressive and/or tyrannical government.

The effectiveness of the Second Amendment has been marginal at best. There are presently myriad laws which clearly infringe upon that which, according to the Second Amendment, “shall not be infringed.”

[[UPDATE from 2019: The "Orange Obama", Donald J. Trump, has only added to and further advanced these infringements. Meet the new boss; same as the old boss.]]

The ultimate truth is this: We don’t need the Second Amendment. Were the Second Amendment to be repealed today, my God-given right to protect myself and my own would continue to exist.

To speak of a Second Amendment right is to acknowledge that the keeping and bearing arms is not a right at all, but rather a privilege, granted at the whim of human government.

Governments may well exercise illegitimate power (force) to restrict the God-given right to self-protection, which includes the ownership and possession of firearms, but they have absolutely no legitimate authority to do so. It is our right, duty and obligation to do all that we can to resist such illegitimate force. We must resist with both discernment and courage.

I certainly do not own all the firearms that I might morally possess, however “illegal” they may be by present statutes. But what I do own I shall not surrender regardless of what new laws may be passed or what new threats may be made.

The Conservative Economist, Walter Williams wrote the following:

Today’s liberals wish to disarm us so they can run their evil and oppressive agenda on us. The fight against crime is just a convenient excuse to further their agenda. I don’t know about you, but if you hear that Williams’ guns have been taken, you’ll know Williams is dead.

By the Grace of God, I shall stand with my Three Percenter Brethren against any further erosion of our rights.

What is a "Three Percenter"?

During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. They were in turn actively supported by perhaps 10% of the population. In addition to these revolutionaries were perhaps another 20% who favored their cause but did little or nothing to support it. Another one-third of the population sided with the King (by the end of the war there were actually more Americans fighting FOR the King than there were in the field against him) and the final third took no side, blew with the wind and took what came.

Three Percenters today do not claim that we represent 3% of the American people, although we might. That theory has not yet been tested. We DO claim that we represent at least 3% of American gun owners, which is still a healthy number somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 million people. History, for good or ill, is made by determined minorities. We are one such minority. So too are the current enemies of the Founders' Republic. What remains, then, is the test of will and skill to determine who shall shape the future of our nation.

The Doctrine of the Three Percenters

• The Three Percent are the folks the Founders counted on to save the Republic when everyone else abandoned it.
• And we will.
• There will be no more free Wacos and no more free Katrinas. For we are the Three Percent.
• We will not comply.
• We will not register our firearms.
• We will not disarm.
• You cannot convince us.
• You cannot intimidate us.
• You can try to kill us, if you think you can.
• But remember, we’ll shoot back .
• We are not going away.
• We will not compromise on God-given rights.
• We are not backing up another inch.
• And there are THREE MILLION OF US.
• Your move, Mr. Wannabe Tyrant. Your move.

Duke University: From Methodist to Muslim

NOTE: Since I composed the article below, Duke University has reconsidered their decision to broadcast the Muslim call to prayer, but they continue to give Muslims space in their supposed Christian Chapel for their prayers to the demonic "allah". There are already communities in the US that broadcast the Muslim call and we can expect to see more. I doubt that this is the end of the matter at Duke either. In any case, I still believe the my comments below remain valid and ought to be set forth. -- Greg

Starting today, Friday, January 16, 2015, the prestigious and nominally “Methodist” Duke University will begin to broadcast the Muslim call to prayer, known as the adhan or azan, from its chapel’s bell tower. From now on, every Friday at 1:00pm the Muslim call to prayer will be sounded across the Duke campus. 

I visited the Duke Chapel several years ago. The entrance is lined with 10 statues to prominent Christians, Americans and Southerners. Amongst them is a statue of General Robert E. Lee. Now here is an instance in which I think I would actually support the removal of Lee’s statue to some more “appropriate” venue. Duke has ceased to be Christian or American or Southern. Indeed, I can’t imagine that any of those depicted by those statues would be anything but horrified by the broadcasting of the Muslim call to prayer from the chapel of an American and nominally Christian university. (The others depicted are Methodist Bishop Francis Asbury; Methodist Bishop Thomas Coke; Evangelist George Whitefield; Reformer Girolamo Savonarola; Lutheran Reformer Martin Luther; Reformer and Bible Translator John Wycliffe; Thomas Jefferson; Southern Poet, Sidney Lanier; and Methodist Founder, John Wesley.)
 
 

The broadcasting of the Muslim call to prayer is symbolic that a country has been taken over by the Muslims and is subject to Sharia law. You’re going to just love Sharia law.

In the words of the Amerikan president, Barak Hussein Obama, “The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer.”
 
But for a Christian and/or a Westerner, the call has been described as: “an eerie, scary, demonic-sounding whine.”  (Before It's News)
 
The words are a disturbing blasphemy against, Jehovah God:
 
Allahu Akbar
Allah is Greatest
 
Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah
I bear witness that there is no god except Allah.
 
Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasool Allah
I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.
 
Hayya 'ala-s-Salah
Make haste to the prayer.
 
Hayya 'ala-l-Falah
Make haste to success.
 
La ilaha illa Allah
There is no god except the Allah.
 
[Most of the lines are repeated multiple times.]
 
How familiar have we all become with the first words of this call to prayer: “Allahu Akbar.” They have been on the lips of Islamic terrorists from one end of the globe to the other they have been the last words that many of their victims ever heard. Now they are to be sounded from the chapel bell tower of Duke University on a weekly basis. What a sense of peace that must bring to all the students that hear it.
  

 
On the other hand, you might consider the words of the Apostle Paul:
 
1Co 10:19-22  What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?  (20)  But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.  (21)  Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.  (22)  Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
 
This is no small matter. The Muslim’s Allah is NOT the Jehovah God of the Bible; he is rather a demon, if not the chief demon, Satan himself. The daily fruits of Islam that are displayed on a daily basis prove its demon origins beyond any doubt.
 
Duke University is courting the wrath of God. All of Amerika is courting the wrath of God.
 
Exiting the Amerikan Empire is our only hope.
